I create adaptable movement for the chronically badass

My name is Liv Loo and I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at age 4 and uveitis at age 8. Spending most of my life with chronic pain has taught me the deep healing power of movement and the importance of creating safe spaces for parts of us that are invisible.

My passion and purpose is helping others discover their own power to thrive. Since 2017, I’ve been helping others build more positive and sustainable relationships with movement by meeting them where they’re at in each session.

My diagnosis has given me the empathetic superpowers to design movement that enhances your full body connection so that you can move through life (and flare-ups) with strength, confidence and resilience.

Flare ups suck…

The physical burden is one thing. Then you layer on the mental and emotional battle. People either get it or they don’t. This is why I curate sessions that cater to you in real time. I equally combine strength + flexibility for a well rounded approach to mobility, pain management and increased full body connection.

My intention is to help you connect back to your body and thrive beyond survival. Pain can be scary, but it can also be a compass. I’m here to help you explore your boundaries while working with your body rather than against it.
